  Is this a super fancy restaurant ? No.
  Will the menu blow you away? Not really
  
  But what is it... It's Boston Pizza.
  You know what you will get here.
  Good service, good food, good beer .
  This location in particular is one of my favourites for a couple reasons .
  1) good selection of TVs to watch sports games (it's sports bar , this is why I come here )
  2) surprising never that busy . I've come late afternoon , and late night . Never had to wait.
  
  All in all a decent place for some drinks and appetizers. Not that expensive

  Not sure what's up with the poor rating but in my experience, BP deserves atleast 4 stars!
  
  Located in Nordel Way, Boston Pizza is one of the few pizza places in Surrey; near Tim Horton's and Save on Foods. The restaurant is well maintained, although the carpet needs a little vacuuming, while the bathrooms were surprisingly clean.
  
  We went for a late lunch around 330 and the restaurant was pretty empty (which I prefer); it's split in 2; facing the entrance-- left side is a bar/sports bar while the right hand side is for seat in dining. We were greeted by the host as soon as we came in and met our server Ryan as soon as we sat down. We were given enough time to look at the menu without feeling rushed.
  
  Ryan, our server was very helpful; we asked about their food and answered our questions without bs. For entree, we ordered a meteor pizza for $18+change which is a carnivore's delight! The pizza is topped w/ sausage, beef, ham, pepperoni and cheese. We also ordered the spicy Italian sausage (same price) which is certainly delish! Both were served fresh out of the oven!
  
  All in all, stopping by BP was a great choice!! For good food, affordable prices, big serving portions and positive customer service, come by Boston Pizza; and maybe even try their thick and creamy cheesecake w/ caramel topping. YUM!

  I ordered for delivery here, when I got my starter size hot wings there was ranch sauce spilled all over them, I can't eat sauce so I was a little be upset because we had waited an hour for two orders of wings. I called them and told them about the sauce situation and the manager sent some one out with a full order and not a half which . Nice people & good customer service.

  Well once again I've ordered from here and the food has been UNDERCOOKED & COLD .  This is 3rd time my family and I have had a bad experience from this specific Boston Pizza. The last two times the orders were INCOMPLETE  and WRONG menu items . The time before last they went to the wrong address then the food was delivered LATE & COLD. I understand mixups happen and mistakes are made but having issues three times in a row is a bit absurd. We are just making pizzas here people not building space shuttles.

  Food takes a long time coming out and service was really slow.  My salad was wilted :-(
  
  It was a Saturday afternoon and there were probably only 3 others tables full.
